The National Motorcycle Museum thinks big…

A public exhibition to display these proposals has been arranged for Friday and Saturday January 24-25. This will be held in the foyer of the Museum at its Solihull headquarters (B92 OEJ). Times are 3.30-8pm on Friday (24th) and 10am-3pm on the Saturday, January 25.

The proposal is to restructure the Museum to provide a major tourism attraction displaying the heritage of the British motorcycle industry which will lead to a dramatic transformation of the world’s largest motorcycle museum that preserves the heritage of British motorcycle industry.

In order to maintain the Museum as a regional and national conference venue, the investment will include a hotel of circa 250 bedrooms, operated by the Museum. This investment will secure the long term future of the Museum.

The Museum envisage that the development will provide an additional 150-200 jobs, plus safeguard the existing 150 jobs on the site.
