The bike was restored in 2000, although it does still possess more than a few completely original parts – the engine (a punchy 650 cc parallel twin), the frame and the registration numbers, for example. This striking Triumph has always looked resplendent in this unusual creamy, off-white colour. This is a Tiger that has not changed its stripes since the day it was built all of 55 years ago.
The bike’s display also features some framed documentation, including an orginal test certificate and registration documents.
