Richard Huckle receives the VMCC’s 70th anniversary baton from Bill Barns.
After viewing the motorcycle exhibits that include an ex-Titch Allen Rex-Acme Brooklands racer, Berkshire chairman Bill Barns handed over the baton to Brooklands chairman Richard Huckle outside the iconic clubhouse.
