Anything with a Metisse frame is pretty much guaranteed to stop any classic enthusiast at least for a few moments inspection but when, or perhaps that should be if, you come across a Velocette-engined Metisse, then take time out to have an even closer look than usual because it will be one of just six such genuine roadsters ever built. What's more, it might be even rarer than that. Nigel C found one such treasure.
