The Salon Privé Concours d’Elégance 2014

By Web editor, 12 July 2014

Salon Privé 2014 will be showcasing some of the best motorbikes, across two classes, for the fourth year in succession at Syon Park this September 3, 2014...

Since the introduction of motorbikes in 2011, the Concours has enjoyed nearly 80 two-wheeled entries including; a Brough SS100, a Ducati 750SS, an AJS E95 'Porcupine', a Harley-Davidson WLA, an Indian 8 Valve Works Racer and (one of 2013’s star attractions) the ‘Flying Millyard’ Board track Racer which was built specially for Salon Privé.

As only 20-25 bikes are chosen, being involved is a real honour and aside from potentially walking away with a trophy, each participant and their guest will enjoy all the fantastic full hospitality trimmings that a day at Salon Privé has to offer (for those that don’t know, this includes Pommery Champagne, a free bar, the signature Lobster BBQ luncheon and English Afternoon Tea).

The motorcycle classes for the 2014 Concours d’Elégance are as follows:
Striking Bikes - The Unusual or Extraordinary
Leaderboard Legends - Competition Motorcycles 1945-1975

The team, along with their esteemed colleagues Mike Jackson and Malcolm Clube, would be delighted to hear from you if you wish to enter the Concours for 2014 or even beyond. Please visit www.salonprivelondon.com/concours/register.asp or call David Hayhow on +44 (0) 1753 827632 to register your interest.
