This device here may look a little out of place in a workshop but has proved invaluable on many machines I’ve worked on. It’s made from some 6mm studding, a penny washer, two nuts and some thin brazing rod. The washer is drilled with a series of holes and lengths of wire bent into place. The washer is double-nutted to the studding and the tool is ready to use
